I am trying to add my print books to the print library, but I don't see the option to add them anymore. I am subscribed to the monthly plan. I only have the option to Preview/Buy on my books when searching for them. What am I missing?
Where are you trying to do this from? I see the option to add to print library in the desktop (PC, 43.0) version.
In the same location as your screenshot. If I click on the book it is not there either.

Jon, I use Logos app my mobile phone for adding to print library.
