I'm trying to search just the community highlights and/or copy/paste all of the community highlights out of a resource. Or, there should be a way to copy/paste a large portion of a resource and have the community highlights show up in the destination paste?

Welcome Jim,

You need to clarify "Community Highlights", and a screenshot would help as well.

Your own highlights are not copyable and Print/Export to an XPS document is the only way to preserve them in Windows. Highlights from a Visual Filter can also be exported.

I've attached a screenshot of community highlights (which are visual cues that indicate popular passages or sections within a resource that have been frequently highlighted by other users).

I'm looking for a way to export these en masse.

I'm looking for a way to export these en masse.

They are called Popular Highlights, which also export to an XPS document.
You can turn off any others in the resource via the toolbar Notes > Show Notes and Highlighting

Remember the Hide Status for Dynamic Toolbar
