Help Using Word Lists for Greek Learning in the Apocrypha

Hi. I'm working on learning more vocabulary in the Greek Septuagint. I've been using the Logos LXX with Morphology, a word list that has my known words, and the interlinear—>Reader's Edition—>Word List selection so that the words that are not in my word list have a marking as vocabulary to learn. Here is a sample screenshot:

This does not work for the apocrypha, as far as I can tell. For instance, here's a screenshot from 1 Maccabees, showing no words marked even though I know some are not in my word list.

Interestingly, one of the vocabulary words here (for Persia) is also found in 2 Chronicles but is not marked there either. Does anyone have any help here, whether that's modifying my current approach or a different approach?

The Reader's Edition visual filter feature hides interlinear lines for words not in your Word List.

The apocrypha portions of the LXX have no (Hebrew) interlinear lines to hide because there is no associated Hebrew reverse interlinear for those books. The Reader's Edition visual filter can't be used in those portions.

Thanks for the response. This is what I suspected. Is there any way to use word lists so that words I know aren’t marked while words I want to learn (within a certain frequency range) are marked in some way?

Unfortunately you can't create a search directly from a Word List. (We have a case internally for this suggestion, but it's not implemented yet.)

You could use a Visual Filter document as a way of highlighting all words you want to learn.

Create a new Visual Filter Document for a Bible Search, and select the resources you want the highlighting to appear in. For each word, right-click it in the LXX and choose Lemma > Copy reference > Search. Paste each lemma into the VF search textbox with OR between each lemma. The matching words will be highlighted with your desired formatting in the Bible. You could use different formatting for different categories of words, etc.
