I purchased the early church fathers and now the program will not open. It shows the little opening block and then it goes away. It just blinks.

I did shut the computer down and then started it. This did not change anything.
try starting it with Ctrl key pressed down - this may help (cuts issues with layouts, for example), otherwise it will produce diagnostic logs.
NB Mick. I did that and it still just blinks.
look at https://wiki.logos.com/diagnostic_logging to find where your log files are and upload your log files here, that may give a clue to what is happening. Alternatively, call Customer Service and have them help you (they may log into your machine and fix things).
What is the best way to find the Hebrew equivalent of Greek words.
I just dont want to use AI. Is there a setting to turn this off?
When I search in Smart mode, I get the results that match. When I add a second translation to the results, it shows up to the right of the first translation. Is there any way to make the translations appear underneath each other instead of in columns? Steven
