Is it possible to pause a video (not with the Remote app, from the computer running the presentation)? I've looked in the forums and online help and cannot find an answer. We are using the latest release of Windows 10. Thank you in advance!
Jeff
You should be able to hover over the video in the preview screen and click the play/pause button in the center. Also, the video will have to be in a video service item, not set as a motion background for you to do this.
Hate to resurrect an old thread but I found this while trying to solve what I thought was a simple issue. I can't believe there is no way to pause a video while using a single screen. You should be able to use space bar to play/pause a video. It blows my mind that proclaim can't do this or set another hotkey for this. Am I missing something?
Oh, interesting! I think we kinda view the single screen scenario as just for testing real quick and not how one would actually present. I think we are already using space bar to advance the slides so we would need a different shortcut…
I don’t think you are missing something, just a situation we didn’t really make it for.
Are you presenting from your own laptop at the pulpit or something like that?
