From what I can tell we don't have an existing relationship with this publisher, but I have reached out to them to see if we can license this title and others.
Thanks, @Rick Mansfield (Logos). I see that Logos/Verbum carries a lot of resources from the Aquinas Institute. On their homepage, the Commentary on Ethics is announced for 2030 (vol. 52-53). I don't know if that changes your plans.

There was a WordSearch module on An Interpretation of the English Bible, by BH Carroll. Seems as if it would be an easy thing to add it to Logos. It is a classic Baptist work, worthy of inclusion.
