I want to use an Igniter Media video that is slightly over the 600MB proclaim video size limit. Can someone recommend a video compression software (preferably freeware) that I can use to shrink down the size of the video. Thank you in advance.
Hi @Sloan Gale, I'm not sure what @CommunityHelp is referring to — I have been using Handbrake (https://handbrake.fr/) to compress files for many years. The max upload used to be 200MB.

When I bring a video in from the media center, the default volume is at 100%. Unfortunately at that level, there is a high amount of distortion due to the signal overload. How can I set the default volume to 5% or 10% instead of having to play the video and then adjust the volume down? Thanks Bob
