how to print a page from an item I purchased for my library?

I have been trying most of the afternoon to find a way to print or download about 11 pages of material from a reference book I purchased for my logos account. I have tried a number of approaches but without success. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Ctrl + P (likely CMD + P for Mac) opens the Print/Export window, where you can specify what exactly you would like to print.

Paged View: Can I disable it by default?
