I don't know the answer specifically, but if the title was available at one time and is not currently available, it's usually because the license agreement the Logos people had with the publisher has changed. There are lots of discussions about such cases in these forums.

What’s going on with the inability to independently search the “Galaxie Theological Journal” library? Logos will recommend journal articles when they appear in guides, but as far as I can tell there is no way to directly search the Galaxie journals themselves; e.g., BibSac. Something is clearly wrong when a search returns…
