We have recently experienced a problem several times where our music director updated a presentation on his laptop computer in his office, and when we used the presentation hours later during the church service, song lyrics would disappear from the output to the screens. They were present on the work screen of the computer running the presentation but upon output only the background was present. On one instance this was remedied by going into Edit, clicking on the slide in question, then going back to On Air the lyrics would reappear. At least two other instances the remedy we found was to change the backgrounds. This has only happened recently - in the past couple of months. None of the computers involved have changed. It does not happen when I make changes from my office computer. Any ideas what could be causing this and how to prevent it - other than not letting our music director make changes?
