We have recently imported our children's song library of power point files into the Media Library. Each slide is named with the title of the song and "slide 1," "slide 2," etc. When importing into the service schedule we must use the "entire series" button when importing on the song. Once in the schedule we can group and rename the group. Is there a way to group the slides together in the media library?

Yes, there is; it's called boards. All media that you upload is stored in the Group Upload board, but you can create as many other boards as you want, and assign as many media as you want to each board. And each media item can be in multiple boards. Note that you cannot delete media from the Group Upload board; doing so deletes it from the media browser completely. For more info, see

Smart Screen Advance
Is there a way to have auto advance on songs? Timed advance does not work as each slide has a different time spent and varies song to song.

See the screen shot. I have a lower third view that I show on Youtube, but also want to show it on a display elsewhere in the church for viewing. Right now, we have the lowerthird graphic, but not our video or audio. Is it possible to push that to that display?
