L4 related BUG in L3?

I don't know whether it is related to L4 but I never used to have this before I had both L4 and L3 installed:

1) I cannot create a new user document file (except a new note file) in L3 anymore. When I attempt to, a window appears that says "Document missing. The requested document was not found". The odd thing is that a new file is created under Libronix DLS but I get the message in L3.

2) The items created do appear in the Open Document box, but I cannot either delete or rename them (I can only do so from within the Libronix DLS folder) and attempts to open these documents result in the same as 1).

Help?

Did you mean you get the message in L4? If so, where?

Ignoring that, you might have a corrupt Preferences file/folder (find its location from http://www.logos.com/support/lbs/specialfolders). Rename the Prefs folder, start L3 and try to create a new document. That failing, remove the new Prefs folder and restore the original folder.
