Can page numbers in a book be set when using an iPad?
On the desktop or the laptop I would go to Formatting and Markers and check page numbers.

Has anyone used Logos to write a book? Perhaps using sermon builder or lesson builder? My research and notes include a wealth of my ideas and due dilligence. It would be lovely to create a document/book for publication. Thanks.
