How to enable Apps for Websites on Windows

I installed Logos via its msi recently. There has been one internal update since, but Apps for Websites does not include Logos Bible Study. Consequently, ref.ly links go thru the web app even with the browser fix installed.

Never mind. I found that Repairing the app was the answer.
