Saved Layouts

When I try to open a saved layout, the program freezes, and I am unable to do anything except shut it down. Yet each time I try to open a saved layout, it does nothing.

I can rebuild from history, but that defeats the purpose of a saved layout.

I have an Ultra 7, 1.7 mghz processor with 16 g of ram and 17 gb of virtual memory. Seems to be plenty large enough to run Logos.

Welcome Tim,

I think you got your specs mixed up. What is the make and model of your computer? Has it got a 512 GB SSD?
A 1.7 GHz processor is weak.

How many tabs in your layout (books + tools/guides)? Did you have this issue with versions of Logos prior to v.45?

You are correct; I grabbed the wrong number. 1.7 is weak… the processor is 4.8 GHz. And I have 1 TB SSD, 16 GB of RAM

I have had this problem before; this particular time, I had, I think, 10 tabs open.

Tim, just for clarification, is this happening with all your saved layouts? Also, does it happen with the Logos QuickStart layouts?
