I just got a marketing email soliciting my pre-order for David Garland's BECNT volume on 1 Corinthians. The link in the email is busted, but it was a simple look-up to confirm I had already pre-ordered this book.
I don't mind getting two or three marketing emails a day from Logos. But it would be nice if I were spared ads for books I already own, or for pre-orders I have already pre-ordered. I would think Logos would get more bang for its marketing emails if it filtered them for products recipients already own or have pre-ordered.
