What happened to the idea that notes and clippings will be joined as one feature.
Hopefully it died in a ditch somewhere and was covered up by a road grader.
I love Clippings and can't imagine how badly it could be wrecked by making it complex, like Notes, rather than left simple, like it is.
I'm interested to know why you think this would improve things. Please explain.
I think it will be helpful if we could have BOTH Clippings and Notes in a Notebook. That is, we should be able to drag a Clippings into a Notebook, which will be one item in the Notebook. Then Clippings feature is preserved but at the same time all the research you do for a Notebook - be it in Clippings form, collecting relevant verses, collecting writings by authors - can be in one place.
@1Cor10 31 I think that was the intention of joining the together. Before this new subscription model came, I saw something on this as they said the tools are similar tools and will then be joining the two together. But this seems to be lost now. I hope that logos can find someway to improve the tools we use for storing the info also as they are currently improving and inventing new tools for how to find this info. But for me I lack in some tools of storing the gathered information in a way that you may be able to find everything no matter what document you are using. This is currently doable in some documents with links which is great. But with Bible Study Builder the biggest downfall is the notes answer section. I wish that this could be made to make use of the notes tool. This function is already available in some resources like study guides, they just need to add it to the Bible Study Builder tool.
OK, I have thought for awhile that the new Discover lens and the 'Store' icon were not working properly in Verbum/Mac - new features in 45.0. I can't get either to show up! But now I have narrowed this down to show that something is broken only on the Verbum/Mac app (don't know about Verbum/Windows) and app.verbum.com So…
My Birthday code is not working.
Hi all, I know a resource like cascadia will give (for the NT) all occurrences of a noun as a subject or object and the associated verbs with it. Is there some way in Logos to do the same thing in the LXX? For example, if I were to look for all the occurences of the word, ναος, I would like logos to give me all the verbs…
Can someone help? How do I download the books I bought from Logos, so that I can use it offline?
I really like the new indicators that Bible Study Builder now adds, and I see the potential of the Builder. But my difficulty in the Builder is the tool that the questions uses to add an answer. for me it lacks the notes tool. As for me the questions leads to a study and a gathering of information. Now the current way is…
