I was enjoying the function on my laptop and jumped over to my iPad to continue but somehow could.. seems like iOS only allows me to create a new note?
You can add an anchor from the note itself. There is an "Anchors" dropdown at the top below the row that has the style and icon and the notebook selector.
yes! i can do this.. but i can only add a bible reference.. on the desktop i can "Add Selected Text" which I do not see on the iPad..
Sorry, I read too quickly your original post. The note taken from a selection of text will add that selection as anchor, but it does not look possible to add another selection of text anchor manually in the iOS app. The mobile apps generally have less functionality than the desktop app. One workaround if you need to do this from a mobile device and are connected to the Internet, is to do it from the web app (app.logos.com) since it does offer that functionality.
hey! thanks for taking the time to answer… one can always hope.. :)
The web suggestion is great! Thank you. I would still love this feature on mobile though.

Dear Folk, I asked this some several weeks ago in a couple of posts, but fear it got buried in the suggestion/discussion. What should I expect in response and time to respond when I make a suggestion? If I suggest a resource I'd like to see in Logos, when/how will I know if the staff approves/ nixes, and when and where…
Is the Logos for Mac designed and programed from the ground up to be a Mac program? Or is it Logos for windows with a program that allows it to run on Mac? If it is the latter, does Logos have plans for an excellent Logos designed and built for Mac?
I use different laptops for using Logos. When I have to reinstall Logos, it takes a lot of effort to get my personal library installed. I don't want to download all books, just the books I use. Is there a possibility I can save my personal library and make reinstall a lot easier? It would be a great help by installing…
