The Video last month when pre-orders were being taken for the hardcover of Unseen Realm Expanded Edition, announced to us that the digital version was going to be released on October 1.
I've not seen or heard anything from Logos about this.
I don't have it in my library either - just the expanded content only. However, others have posted elsewhere that they have received the Logos edition. See this image that shows they have both.
Same here. And I don't find any mention of it on either Logos.com or BakerBookHouse.com.

I would also note that in the paperback it says you can get your digital copy by going to a url which isn’t working. I don’t see the digital version for sale anywhere and I assumed you would have for free with the order of the physical copy but as of today I have nothing.
As I stated, that wasn't my image, but one that was posted elsewhere, showing that some people have received both.
I just checked my library. I do not have it either. I restarted. Synced. Nothing.

What a frustrating mess.
I just chatted with a customer service agent who told me that the livestream only included the "content only version".
But then they saw I have the original and thought that was it.
And after trying to explain the difference for about 10 minutes I gave up.

Now, when you preorder the book, again we're going to ship starting tomorrow, on October 1st, which is the official release date, that's whenever everybody else gets it. You will get the full Logos edition as well.

We were all promised that ;by pre-ordering the hardcover of The Unsee Realm Expanded Edition during the video podcast on Sept 16 that we would receive the full digital version of the book on October 1. Logos now claims they have no idea what we are talking about and are blaming their inability to give us the DIGITAL version of the full Expanded Edition on Baker, which is the company that prints the books. I received my hardcover copy of the book a week ago and received the "expanded content only" of the book the next day after the podcast.
I have NOT received the full digital version of the Expanded Unseen Realm which was promised.
Please take care of this. I do not understand why this is a problem that requires Baker to be involved.
For what it's worth, I actually ordered there package which contained a mobile ed course, the hardcover book and the expanded digital content. I also ordered the Hardcover book so that I would get 2 copies of the b book. I only received one copy, and have been told that it is now sold out; and I may not get the second copy for weeks/months. I would think that Logos would see the pre-orders and at the very least would have notified me that they were out of stock instead of me having to call customer service and wait days to be notified that the books were out of s tock. Why didn't Logos know that there were more pre-orders than they had books on hand and why didn't they then notify me?
To say that this whole thing is a mess is an understatement, and certainly not honoring of Dr. Heiser.

It appears that they have reactivated the link that is in the book. You can upload a picture of your receipt or the book to prove that you purchased the book.

What's going on with having to prove I bought the book to get the digital version? Logos has my order history. I can see no way to upload my order history nor any place that even asks for that. The full digital version was supposed to be automatically available for free to those of us who pre-ordered the book.
I've been a Logos customer for almost 30 years and I've never seen something bungled this badly before.

Thank you. You know this would be a great idea going forward for lexham/baker. When I buy books from crossway, I get a free digital copy. It would be a great direction for future books.

I just checked and tonight it downloaded The Unseen Realm Expanded Edition to my Logos Desktop.

I am thinking of switching to Chromebook OS as opposed to Windows 11. Am looking at the Acer Chromebook Plus 514. It has intel 8-Core i3-N305, 8 GB Ram, 640 GB Storage, 2 TB loud storage. Can i run my Logos software on this Chromebook? if not is there a Chromebook that you would suggest? Thanks Mark
Hi, I'm wondering if it's possible to create a Passage List from a list of scriptures tied to a Notebook collection. I've created several notebooks with a lot of scriptures in each. I'd like to ALSO have those scriptures in Passage Lists. Is that easy to do in one fell swoop? Thanking you in advance!
Hi all Is there an easy way to add multiple anchors to a note at once. As far as I can see I can't paste in a list of verses in the usual format (eg Acts 9:1; 1 Peter 3:2...) or link to a passage list. Has anyone got any tips about how I can add multiple anchors at the same time? Thanks Paul
