Failure to link songselect

I have experienced problems today trying to relink songselect to Proclaim.

I have tried multiple times on multiple computers. Rarely I will be able to connect to songselect and type in my account details, but each time I am left with the empty box and no connection.

There appears to be some problem between Proclaim and songselect

I'm unsure how to link Proclaim logs so trying below

I'm having the same trouble as you are, only I get an error message "Failure retrieving Song Select request token. Please try again later." The last time I used Proclaim (last week) everything was fine. Now I'm unable to add a new song to our lineup. Please help!

I don't know why anyone is addressing this issue. This is happening frequently after an update. My work around is to uninstall the application and then download and reinstall. I am getting frustrated doing this. Please have your tech people look at this issue more closely.
