I think you are showing two views of notes you have taken on your mobile on Revelation 10:9.
And you are not seeing those notes displayed on your laptop.
If you tap the Edit link shown in your second screenshot that will open the Notes tool on your phone. Please post a screenshot of that.
(My guess is that notes are syncing but they aren't enabled to be shown on your laptop)
Here is my mobile app when I take notes in a verse or a chapter, my laptop using the same NASB 95 like my mobile I expected it to let me click on note then it opens to the picture either a blank note or a previous note that I am editing. But my laptop will not make the file folder beside the verse in my mobile app does not give me the ability that I can find to make a new note within say Revelation Chapter 10.
I would make notes in my laptop version here at home and use my mobile app like I do at church. but neither laptop or mobile app show identical notes. Thanks, In Christ. David
Your screenshot shows the note is not associated with a notebook - and that is totally fine, but something I wanted to check.
On the desktop, please post a screenshot of your NASB95 showing what you see when you open the Show notes and highlights menu (as below)

I open up the same NASB on my laptop thru LOGOS, I choose the same scripture I highlighted or added a folder to and nothing is there. No highlight and no notes. Are the notes in LOGOS created in another spot on the program?
Notes and highlights are stored in the Notes Tool on both mobile and laptop / desktop
But notes are placed in Notebooks - and I would like to check if the notebooks are enabled on your laptop. That was the reason for a request for a screenshot showing how notes are set up. Could you provide that please?
What username on your mobile was used to create the note on Revelation and Peter (and I don't see a screenshot of a note on Peter)?
And have you downloaded the Logos app to your laptop and using the same username there?
(Incidentally, when uploading images please use the second icon to do it, not the fourth, as it puts the pictures inline which makes it much easier to see them in context)

It is showing some notes, but will the same Bible versions show my highlighted scriptures as well as put the notes that are beside the scriptures on my mobile app as well as on my laptop beside each scripture I have highlighted in the Bible I am using? Will notes be found under another section instead of being put in the Bible that I use on my laptop?

When you say it is showing some notes, that sounds like some notes (at least) are synching. Is that correct?
Could you work through an example of something that is not working - using screenshots from both your mobile and laptop - to demonstrate the problem you are having?
Ok. The app on my phone I can highlight Scriptures and when I click on notes I can place my study notes as well as Sunday/Wednesday night sermons. So, when I sync my mobile app it is supposed to go to the plan I purchased from Logos. I do find some notes

ver, it is not all my notes. And the Bible in my Logos plan does not highlight the same scripture and the sticky note from sermons that are in my mobile app never sync to my laptop Logos Bible plan.
Mobile App
Looking at what you sent me on the NASB note tab, and highlights are all I use on my mobile app. I click on add note, then I am free to write notes on a sermon or my study time. The high light tab I use on my mobile app, I use to highlight scripture or words within a scripture. So, when I close the note I created I see a yellow folder beside the verse or a yellow folder in the middle of a scripture where ever I created the add note next to the scripture number.
Laptop LOGOS Program

Thanks, my stroke is a blessing from God. He was getting my attention, I only have a few deficits. He gets the glory. What are anchors? The notes you see in Rev 10:1-11 on my mobile are from the study notes in my Bible below. The study notes start at 10:5 and then I include the scripture it refers to in another book. But there are no highlights on the left side of my laptop in the Bible. Some scriptures have a faint underline in the LOGOS on my laptop, the notes on the right side are now appearing and go back 4 years, showing my classes books and the portion I took a picture of or wrote in. The yellow sticky notes you see, there is only one in the Bible on the left side, no others.
The only highlights I see are the current ones if I put them there. In Christ. David
Some thoughts / questions:
From the screenshots you show of your laptop, it almost looks as though you are using the web app (in a browser) as opposed to actually installing the Logos program on your desktop. Is that the case?
And it is at all possible that you are using a different login account on your mobile and on your laptop? If so, that would explain why notes are not syncing.
When I downloaded this program I did it from the IOS play store I believe. Is there a place to download just the program.

I am trying to get to the New American Standard Bible on my laptop, my mobile has it. I have used the NASB for 25 years. I do not think it is on here.

So when you deleted the app on your phone, it was using a different email address to the one you are using on your laptop. Were the notes / highlights created before or after deleting and reinstalling the app on your phone?
If they were created using the original email address (the one you are not using on your laptop) then the notes won't sync to the laptop - as synching only happens across the same account.
If that is the case, I recommend contacting Customer services and asking them to merge the two accounts - explaining the situation clearly to them.
Logos makes available a number of free resources on mobile but they need to be purchased for desktop. It may be that the NASB is one of those.
If so, you can purchase it here and it will then appear on your laptop.
