I can no longer log into Faithlofe TV on my new phone. It says incorrect email or password. I'm using my normal Faithlife credentials. When I click forgotten password, I'm getting the message: NotFound: Resource cannot be found.

Bump. Logging in still isn't possible. Is the app still supported?

Hi Jan,
I have an iPhone and it is also currently running version 2.5.1.248 of the Faithlife TV iOS app. I was logged in and browsed around for a minute. I thought I would see what happens if I logged out and back in again. No problem logging out….BUT…BIG PROBLEM logging back in! Now, I am also receiving the "Incorrect email or password" error.
Also, the "Faithlife TV" app is no longer in the Apple App Store (USA). I know you mentioned you are setting up a new Android phone, so I am curious, if you check the Google Play Store right now, is the app still showing as available?

In the Google Play Store I can only find the Faithlife TV app through the list of previously installed apps.
The apps themselves are no longer supported, which is the reason you are unable to log in or reset your password through the app. You can still access all your Faithlife TV content by visiting faithlifetv.com in your mobile or desktop browser and logging in with your regular Faithlife credentials. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you encounter any difficulties accessing your account on the website. We are committed to assisting you in resolving any issues and restoring your access.
Does it still work on the ROKU app?
Thank you for your question. The ROKU app has been officially deprecated and is no longer supported. However, you can continue to access all Faithlife TV content easily through your browser at faithlifetv.com. Simply log in with your Faithlife credentials on any mobile or desktop web browser.
If you encounter any issues accessing your account via the website, please let us know. We're here to help ensure you can enjoy all available content without interruption.
Thanks Jason. I just tried faithlifetv.com on the Fire TV, however, video and audio are not in sync. Also, navigation is quite painful with the remote control, not having a mouse or a touch screen available.
It would be good to have a workable solution to play mobile ed courses and other video content easily.
Now after playing a couple of minutes, a/v sync seems to be good. I hope it's gonna stay like that.
So sorry to hear the Roku app is no longer supported. I was wondering, though it is still allowing me to watch my Mobile Ed classes for now. Oh well. We adapt. :-)
