I get the small blue square with the Logos logo but it does not open. I have a Thinkpad laptop runing Windows 10. I am not particularly teck savy. It is just frustrating.
Welcome @Jerry Breese - sorry to hear you are having problems.
Has this started recently or have you never managed to open Logos successfully?
And does the splashscreen stay open or does it disappear after a time.
You might find some of the suggestions here helpful

Now I only have the Logos icon at the bottom of the screen It does not bring up the blue box now. When I click on the icon nothing happens
I have been using logos for many years with no problems. I think I last used it early last week.
I tried the windows repair of Logos as recommended and now the blue square appears again but just stays on. It does not go off.
I recommend you enable diagnostic logging and upload logs in a reply to this thread after trying to start Logos
Details on doing this are here

However, it still shows up this month and has a temporary license. I clicked on the Laern More About It link and it took me to a 404…
Received my copy of the expanded edition hardcover version today and noticed that one of the introductory pages states it's possible to add a digital copy of this book to Logos. Unfortunately, the link provided (https://logos.com/LexhamPress) takes you to a Baker Books page with no obvious way to obtain the digital copy of…
I have received an email that appears to be from a legitimate Logos company email address. It is requesting information about the change of email address on my account as part of their audit process. I am happy to provide the information, but it does seem a little unusual, and I would like to confirm the source of the…
I did some research using Logos AI and I wanted to use some of the clippings in a substack post. How much can I cite without violating copyright? Can I do an AI summary of the clipping if it is too long to avoid violating copyright?
