Feature Request: Optional 2-Tier Bible Navigation (Book → Chapter)

I’d love to see an option in the Android app (and ideally the iOS app as well) to switch the Bible Navigation from the current 3-tier system (Book → Chapter → Verse) to a streamlined 2-tier system (Book → Chapter).

My typical use case involves navigating directly to a chapter, and the extra tap to select verse 1 feels unnecessary. A toggle in the settings to default to the beginning of a chapter—without requiring that final third tap—would make navigation faster and more intuitive for users like me.

If this is implemented please take into account the differences in canons and sequences that your users consider "normal"

I agree with this request. Verse is unecessary and actually slows down navigation.

I am inclined to agree with this request; however, for longer chapters (Luke 1; Psalm 119, etc.), specifying the verse might still be preferable.

Sorry but I’m not a fan of this idea. Our pastor jumps around a lot and I much prefer the sub-second it takes to go straight to the specified verse as opposed to the 2-tier plus scrolling. I guess I would be OK with it on the desktop version but definitely not on mobile.
