A crash log is needed - should be in the logs folder %localappdata%\Faithlife\Logs

Did you mean switch to any physical printer from a Study that had been started?

My intention was to see if I could switch to print to PDF. Regardless, I'm sure clicking the down arrow under PRINT should not cause Logos to crash.

Aaron, this needs to be in the Beta Forum for v46.

I could not reproduce in Verbum 46, but there is a similar crash at

This bug persists in Logos v46.0.

We're looking into to this. We think it was introduced in v45, but it reproduces only for some users, and we don't know why yet. But we are actively working on it, and we'll try to get a fix out as soon as possible.

Thanks! I expect you're already aware, but I have observed that this crash always happens (for me) when I click the down arrow on the Print/Export page, regardless of how I access that page. In other words, it doesn't seem to be directly linked to Bible Study Builder as the title of my post would suggest.
