Scripture links in a copied note
Is there a way to force Logos to scan the text of a note added via copy & paste so that the scripture links are made automatically?
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

The scripture links will be detected automatically if the passages begin with a capital letter (i.e., John 1:1 vs. john 1:1).

Unfortunately, that is not true of my 4.0d beta 3. From a note created yesterday:
I could see the m-dash throwing the link off, but several of these are very "vanilla" cases. I only got automatic linking in the titles for the individual notes. Those titles were a simple cut and paste from the note body. Original text from http://www.hopeinmessiah.org/Real_Messiah.htm
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I've identified the problem. If I just copy the text as you did, the automatic links work. However, I was putting the source URL in first, then the text. In that situation the autolink doesn't work.
New file, new notes:
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I can reproduce when pasting URL first. I'll report this. Thank you.
Update: This will be fixed in the next beta.
