I have 2021 MS Word 64Bit. I cannot get Logos Smart Tags to work

I updated MS Word to 2021 64Bit some 4-5 yrs back not realizing at the time that I would lose Logos Smart Tags. I indeed lost Logos Smart Tags. I did manage to get it to work, not sure how I managed it. It worked for a week or so, then stopped. At the moment LSmtTg64.dll is sitting 'respectively' in C:\Users\My-Name\Appdata\Local\Logos\System\LSmtTg64.dll. I have run PowerShell, I have manually inserted suggested formulas. Nothing happens. Logos does not appear in Windows Options\Add-ins or in the drop-down box. What am I doing wrong?
