Please allow us to add captions to each photo in the Image Slideshow!
I have to use Keynote to do that specific task!
I tried using Contents, but I had to use a Content per photo.
I had 40 something photos, so that option was pretty tough.

Thanks for the suggestion. You could try dragging the photos to the order of service. You should end up with a grouping of content item and then you can add captions. Also the grouping makes them more manageable

You can hold down shift key + left click the content slides that you want to essentially be the image slideshow this will create a group. From there you can add a "text box" to give your photos captions. As Jordan said grouping will be a lot more manageable.
I am surprised more people haven't asked about this. This is the largest reason I have to use a third party program like Powerpoint or Photoshop; we have a collection of images from an event and we want to caption the slideshow, but there's no easy way to do that. If we could have text objects in an image slideshow canvas just like we do in Announcements, I could just create the text once and format it, and it will show up under each image. I tried the method recommended by Jordan here, and it didn't really save time from what I could tell, because I had to add text to each image. Please add text capability over slideshows. Thanks!
