Did you follow the ‘Learn more’ link in the Info panel? The link should take you directly to the product page if the book is available for sale in the Logos store.
It doesn't resolve to a product page, but to 404.
Maybe not available for sale, or an inseparable component of something else that is available for sale.
I also got a few temporary resources, three 3 Calendar devotionals that go to a 404 page, and Tim Keller's Center Church. I'm hoping Logos will confirm if all of these are subscription resources, so I can tag them properly.
It's just released so maybe marketing hasn't caught up or Logos hasn't figured out a price. Logos has it, so certainly they plan to sell it. Lucky us, we get to see it early.
I Googled the title and got a very interesting AI generated summary. For many people (scholars and Hebrew students at least) I imagine this will be their version of the BHS in Logos.

I am still having issues with copying a bunch of verses. I understand that I go to Share —> Passage List, but then after that the passage list is blank and wants me to manually add verses.
