As can be seen below, Hebrew words are displayed in the wrong order in personal books, though in the correct order for purchased books. Once you open the personal book, it displays correctly. Could this bug perhaps be corrected?
It may be a matter of the language coding in the .docx document i.e. user input error … I know that I am sloppy about labeling languages within the document and compiling with the correct language set. I am knowingly sloppy on the compiling because of the Logos limitation of a single language.

Thank you for your comment and for following up on this issue. I will attach the file I used to create the user book to this post. However, please note that this is a common issue with various personal books which are mostly in Hebrew.
