When reading a book I can’t find any way to turn on a progress bar. Is there one available?
I assume you're talking mobile? If so, they removed it, several moons back. More recently also removed ability to type in a page number.
If desktop, if your on page-view (no vertical scroll indicating position in book), your can set columns to 'none' to return the scroll bar.

I'm delighted to see more progress on the classification of books e.g. type and series. But this particular series is inconsistent with the others with regards to the capitalization of the first letter of the words.
