I am not fond of playing games to force a precise all search; I perfer to be able to set it with, perhaps, a default if my search type and search argument are incompatible. I fumbled around with Herod because person: did not invoke the dropdown selection list. So I went with the simpler person:Jesus which I knew without the selection list. However, this did NOT switch to a precise search as I expected nor was I able to set the search to precise. Yes, I know how to play games and add a meaningless logical operator to bypass this "stupidity" but that shouldn't be necessary. Yes, the smart search does run and produce results - unfortunately, not the results I want.
