It won't start even if I hold the CTRL key and try to open a new screen.
Do you get anything - a splashscreen, for example - or is there no response at all?
Try repairing Logos in the Windows Control Panel.
On windows, I sometimes use Task Manager to end a program in the background if it does not want to start. Usually, it is because it is open and running in the background, and simply needs to be closed via the Task Manager and then it will open.

Does anyone have additional contact information for MP Seminars? I have tried to contact them through their website and support link. I did not realize they do not have a phone number.
