I'd like to suggest the inclusion of some sort of icon to denote different objections for events on the advanced timeline feature.
For example, in the World History Timeline, Logos has two entries for late proposed dates for "The Council of Jamnia" (90AD or 100AD). While I do believe it is good to have these available on the timeline, I'd like to point out that scholarship understands that the Council of Jamnia was a proposed theory put forth by Heinrich Graetz in 1871 and later popularized by H.E. Ryle in the 1900s as the explanation for the canonization of the Jewish scriptures. There is no historical evidence that this event ever took place. But here it is on the advanced timeline alongside events like the First Council of Carthage, and they are represented exactly the same.
Some sort of key and ledger to show contested or mythical events would help the student understand quickly whether an event is contested or not.
