I do not think it is possible. You will have to make a plan to connect your other PC to the internet. Try using am ethernet cable or USB tethering if it can't connect to WiFi.

I have been able to save lots of data by copying folders to another PC, but I have not been able to avoid the login which requires internet access.

There is a requirement to be online on first login - as @KeenUser suggests

After that you should be able to use Logos offline - although there may be some occasions when an online login is required (but I forget if that is the case)

But also it looks as though you haven't run Logos setup as suggested here

Appreciate the suggestion and the link to the document describing the process of moving Logos data to offlnne computer. Unfortunately this does not address my use case as the computer I am moving to is completely offline with no ability to connect to internet whatsoever. I need ability to copy ALREADY AUTHENTICATED installation to another computer as is, for my use on the completely OFFLINE computer.

The moment you move it it is no longer an authenticated installation. As was said above, it is not possible to move to another machine without requiring an initial online signin. Thereafter, the computer can be completely offline.
