Is there a way to upload pdf files to the My Library or any other location in Logos?
Nope.
Only major workaround is PDF > Microsoft Word > Personal Book (desktop only)

Yes you do. Word imports pdf's. Thense PBs.
That I do know, but not something starting with PDF!
I'm confused.
Convert PDF files in MS Word and use Word format as the basis for a Personal Book.
