how to remove all the notes, etc. when reading Bible

How can I stop seeing all the different symbols, and underlines, etc. when I am just trying to read Scripture? I don't mind seeing my own notes, but do not want to see the highlight symbol on every few words showing me how many others have highlighted certain words/phrases, dashed underlines, etc. etc. I just want to see the text.

To remove the popular highlights, go to Formatting > Emphasize > Uncheck Popular Highlights

Also there is a toggle switch to turn off/on all formatting options.

To control your notes, go to Notes > Show Notes and Highlights > Check or uncheck the notes you want to show.

Also note, as above, the toggle switch to turn the indicators on/off and that you can hover over the dots to the left for more options.
