AI Credits Severe Nerf?

Don't know what else to call it. I have run one smart search maybe two just to see if it would be useful and I've used 7percent of my credits? Logos be getting greedy in their old age. I keep saying it's time for me to pull up stakes and move on but then I just spent more money so….

@John Graves what subscription level are you at? At any tier there is no way 2 smart searches are 7% - you have used AI that you are not aware of. The little diamond (image below) shows where it's being used. I have the Max subscription, I have used the new study assistant a lot and I am at 6% with a little over 1 week left.

Here are the AI things I know about - maybe you have used some of these:

Smart Search
Study Assistant
Any time you see "Summarization"
Questions to Ask in Factbook
Translation
I have read Sermon Assistant and Study Builder use AI, but I don't use those tools
I think Insights can use AI

Yeah I figured out they downgraded me to pro when I bought some books earlier that's why.Greedy Logos very greedy

John, I understand you are upset. But the experience of everyone is that Logos will make it right, whatever happened. Somehow your subscription was switched from Max to Pro. Contact customer service and tell them that this was unintended. (I think we can switch subscriptions, and Logos will use the remaining funds toward the new subscription and only charge for the additional months. That is probably what happened. I am sure they are more than happy to change your account back to Max! Please stop accusing them of being greedy!)
