System crashes a number of times on start up

System crashes a number of times on start up -holds up for only a few seconds and then shuts down. Sometimes I don't have a chance to do anything before the crash. Other times I've been in my notes just re-configuring it to my preferences to begin my bible reading.

My PC was previously in sleep mode… after logging on I opened Logos 3 times after crashes… the 4th time it worked. I have tried to reproduce the same scenario but it has not crashed. Something similar happened to me yesterday as well.

FYI Windows 10 is no longer supported by both Microsoft and Logos. You may want to consider an upgrade, or using the web version of Logos (app.logos.com). Here is more info from Logos and Microsoft:
