When I try to play a video on my BI181 course, I get this-
I tested another course in this subscriber rotation, CS101, and it worked fine.
I get the same error (Verbum/Mac)
EDIT: Actually my error is different:
On Mac, I obtained the error @Don Awalt had. I did not have any video problem on my Windows 11 system.
Mac system: M1 MacBook Pro, Sequoia 15.6.1
Logos: 47.1 Max
I tried deleting and redownloading BI181, still get the same error.
We can reproduce problems with playing this video in apps other than Logos Desktop for Windows and will investigate; thanks for letting us know.
We shipped an update this morning that should get these videos working on Mac desktop.
It may take another day before they're updated for web and mobile.
