Mine didn't hit exactly Feb 1 last year but sometime in early-mid Feb after they calculated it.
I did spend it as soon as it hit. :-)

I used mine on 2/10/25 and I believe I got it the same day or the day before.
Assuming they do it the same way they did it last year, the code will be the same for everyone (likely last year's code but with 2025 instead of 2024).
And remember… it's not like a gift card where you can use a little here and there… you must use the whole thing in one transaction - any remainder credit won't be saved for your next purchase.
