FWIW, Biblica has an openly licensed Tagalog Bible as well: Biblica® Open Tagalog Contemporary Bible 2025

I realize it isn't PBB formatted, but I think (??) that Logos in the past has grabbed from the open.bible repository and made those available in Logos format.

They've had several notable updates/additions since like the third quarter of 2025 (cough @Kyle G. Anderson cough)
