Id like to create visual filters that highlights all names and people groups one color and underlines all locations, cities, village names, etc

This is difficult to do across the whole Bible as there isn't the tagging in place to identify them.
It is relatively straightforward in the New Testament using Louw-Nida numbers.
You can use the search string louwNida:93.389–93.615 for places and 93.1–93.388 for people
