What of volume 2 of The Venture of Islam by Hodgson?

Logos lists volumes 1 and 3 of Marshall Hodgson's The Venture of Islam as being available for purchase, but volume 2 is nowhere to be found on Logos. These appear to be Faithlife ebooks. My question is the obvious one. Unless the license agreement for this work either omits volume 2, or caps the number of licenses for volume 2 that may be sold, it's not as though Logos or Faithlife has run out of stock of an ebook - right?

@Thomas Glen Leo Good pickup. Looking at this carefully, it appears that volume 2 is available in ebook format. But, one must access the purchase on Amazon by selecting to purchase all 3 volumes or see full series. Perhaps, this oddity is true when dealing with the publisher and Logos was drawn in or overlooked this peculiarity when seeking the licenses.

I am reformatting a calendar of saints for use on Logos. I am able to get it to work as a calendar devotion on the dashboard. But what I would really like to do is have it be a Saints resource card that I can pout on the dashboard.
