I sent email last year to sales support email address for some questions. No reply. Recently, I raised a ticket with Logos regarding change of plan (adding another year). No reply. Does Logos help customers via email or ticket at all? Thanks!

What is this Christmas Carol?
Could we get updated metadata information on the version of A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens? It currently shows that Faithlife published it in 1997.
