I sent email last year to sales support email address for some questions. No reply.
Recently, I raised a ticket with Logos regarding change of plan (adding another year). No reply.
Does Logos help customers via email or ticket at all?
Thanks!
I have always received a response when I have contacted customer service via email (cs@logos.com), though I have not yet written to sales. You could try calling if you are having trouble. Additional contact information can be found here.
I am in Australia and I am usually out of US working hours during my day.
Everytime I contacted cs@logos .com I received a reply on the same day. Yesterday I contacted them because the Daily Deal didn't work. I received a reply in under 15 MINUTES. The answer was false. I wrote back. And 30 MINUTES later the correct answer arrived. (Customer Service needed an update from Marketing…) That's awesome!! I'm from Austria, Europe.
Sounds like it is just me…..
Have you checked your Spam folder?
Not necessarily. You mentioned you were trying to contact sales via email. Perhaps you should alternatively try writing to customer service
I tried Sales and Customer support email last year. No response. Not in spam.
Just a few days ago, I raised a ticket. I got the auto generated email ok but not a response from Logos.
I received a few marketing email from Logos every day, however.
It is just me…. That Logos doesn’t like to directly interact with me, perhaps. Or, my email goes into their spam folder!!!
I'm glad you said something here in the community forums. I'll follow up with you individually and try to get you the help that you need.
I had this same issue back in October. They could not understand why I had not received a reply and said they would work on their system. Apparently it is not fixed.
Can you share a bit more about what you were experiencing? Were you not hearing back from Customer Support, or not receiving marketing emails, or something altogether different? Thank you!
Here is the thread from October:
Outstanding. Thank you!
Hearing from John makes me feel better as I am not the only one. Probably me email address is considered bad. It is nothing offending at all. Thanks for Jason to reached out and I gave him my email address to see if it can be "unblocked" somehow.

Hi, I have many atlases in Logos, and one of them had super detailed maps either at the beginning or end. (Like 5 times more detail and names on the map than others). It was not the Logos atlases and not Logos Maps Biblical Places. I can't seem to find those most detailed maps. Any help will be appreciated.
I am wanting to conduct a kind of proximity search that combines a specific hebrew word (עֹוד֙) with an imperative within the same clause, but can't seem to make this work either in a morph or syntax search. Can someone please help me to learn how to construct a search such as this?
Our church recently voted to purchase Logos for Church. We have a modest church library, but the pastor has a more substantial print library. The pastor has entered his library into his copy of Logos via the print library feature. Is it possible to share this print library with the rest of the users in Logos for Church?
As far as I see, the Carta Understanding series is no longer available in the shop. Is this related to past issues (see here)?
I am a new (2 months) user of Logos software, and trying to incorporate my "old" way of studying with this new tool. One way that I like to study, is that I take a junk of text (let's say John 3), and have a piece of paper where I write down everything that comes to my mind as I read. Questions, insights, experiences, text…
