I recently bought the pro subscription in order to use the ai services. The Study Assistant nor the sermon builder works for me. It is giving the error message "Sorry, something has gone wrong. Try again". Please help.
Welcome @Caleb Joshua
The Study Assistant nor the sermon builder works for me.
Do you mean the sermon builder as a whole is not working - or specifically the assistant part?
And do you have a good Internet connection when you are trying to use them?
Graham
The Study Assistant nor any of the new ai features work for me. I even downloaded the new version from the website. Yes the internet connect is pretty good. But I do have Logos 8 library which I bought in 2018. My history also shows that I upgraded to Logos 10 in 2022. I recently got the pro subscription for ai features and especially the study assistant.
It might be helpful to see logs - they might give some indication of what is going on

Please:
This is what I found in a file called cef.log. Is this the log file you meant since other logs have too many lines. Thanks for your reply in trying to help me.

No, we would need the logos.log file. Could you upload it
uploading the logos.log file. Thank you so much for your efforts to help me.
Thanks for posting the log file
It contains a lot of network-related errors - such as:
026-02-20 13:09:36.3141 ERROR 14 LogosDesktopApiClient | AcquireFreeLicensesServiceException: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception. (InternalError) Details: {"exception":{"details":["System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception."," ---> System.IO.IOException: Unable to write data to the transport connection: Broken pipe."," ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (32): Broken pipe"," at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.AwaitableSocketAsyncEventArgs.CreateException(SocketError error
My guess is that it is some sort of firewall issue - but I could be wrong.
If no-one from the Logos team comments on this I suggest contacting Customer Services and sharing the log file information to see if they can diagnose further.
I tried to disable a FILTER in Mac settings… and it seems to work now. I dont know if this is a Permanent Solution. I will fully test all the features and get back. Opened Study Assistant now and suddenly started work. Thank you so much for your time and efforts. May The Lord bless you abundantly!
