How to stop the marketing bar named "insights"?

I had to replace my PC which necessitated reinstalling Logos. The reinstall apparently updated something so that every time I open a book I now get a marketing side panel named "insights" which I cannot determine how to turn off. I want to permanently turn off the insights - how do I do it?

Logos needs to stop adding this stuff without giving us a way to turn it off. I had everything working exactly as I need and have no desire to deal with such intrusive things while trying to work!

Please help me learn how to turn off the insights.

My understanding is that the Insights Panel opens automatically the first time you open a book (and from what you are seeing it might be the first time you open a book on a new installation). But if you then close the Insights panel it should not open again unless you request it.

Are you seeing something different to that?

There isn't any setting where we can turn off the Insights panel globally.

I'm interested in your reference to it as a marketing tool and would like to understand that a bit more. As it only shows books that we own, I don't understand what you mean.
