Sermon Audio Not Loading or Uploading

For the last two Sundays, we've been getting the above errors after going Off Air, and we have not been able to publish our sermon audio.

Has anyone seen this before? Is there a way to fix it?

In the meantime, is there a way to access the audio files so that we can upload them manually?

Sorry about that Richard! Considering the error and the upload errors you showed.. the audio might be corrupted on disk. Could your audio input have changed to something that isn't actually sending audio?

You can check in Proclaim > Settings > Audio

As for the files, you can go to %localappdata%\Proclaim\Data in Windows Explorer. Copy and paste that into the path bar.
You should see one folder with a random name (more if you sign in with different users to Proclaim). Most likely the one modified most recently.

Inside you should see an "AudioRecordings' folder. It will contain more randomly named folders representing the different sermon recordings. And if there is usable audio in there you will find it in the Raw folder.

I found the files, but it looks like they are 0 bytes. So, it's likely they've been corrupted somehow.

I will need to check the audio input on Sunday, as we hire a school and store everything there.
