It appears to be the first book explicitly marketed as a full Greek-NT study Bible
Interesting. Their screencopy is just slightly out of focus, so can't really see how beneficial, vs a normal critical commentary.
We have already licensed this. Look for a pre-order page in a few days.
Gee Rick, you're quick!
Well, sometimes, anyway.
@Rick Mansfield (Logos) Less than 30 minutes to respond? Back in the day, that's how fast pizza deliver was! Any chance we can get some of that quickness transferred over to the correction of this forum tagging system? For months I've been getting tagged in posts that have nothing to do with me, as people keep trying to tag a different DMB and select me instead! 😉 -DMB (the other one)
Well, I can't bring any of my personal mojo to tinkering with the forums. But I have no doubt that @Jason Stone is looking into it.
@Rick Mansfield (Logos) is faster than it would take to deliver a pizza at my house. It'd take them 30 minutes to figure out I live here and another 30 minutes to drive down the pothole-filled road. Rick is excellent!

In this remarkable, acclaimed history of the development of monotheism, Mark S. Smith explains how Israel's religion evolved from a cult of Yahweh as a primary deity among many to a fully defined monotheistic faith with Yahweh as sole god. Repudiating the traditional view that Israel was fundamentally different in culture…
